RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing HR recruitment analysis or reports.
- Provide general office administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Assist in office administration including but not limited to procurement of office supplies and stationeries.
- Assist in preparing payment requests & reimbursement and support regional finance team for providing relevant information.
- Assist in recruitment and provide training program if necessary.
- Coordinate with Regional MarComm Department for brand building.
- Outdoor work, overtime and work on holidays are sometimes required.
- Any other ad hoc projects assigned by the Manager.
KNOWLEDGE
- 1-2 years working recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in English & Chinese typing.
- Be self-motivated, positive attitude, patient, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS Office including word, excel, power point.
- Interested in Photoshop & illustrator and the basic knowledge.
