HR and Admin Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in preparing HR recruitment analysis or reports.
  2. Provide general office administrative and clerical support to the team.
  3. Assist in office administration including but not limited to procurement of office supplies and stationeries.
  4. Assist in preparing payment requests & reimbursement and support regional finance team for providing relevant information.
  5. Assist in recruitment and provide training program if necessary.
  6. Coordinate with Regional MarComm Department for brand building.
  7. Outdoor work, overtime and work on holidays are sometimes required.
  8. Any other ad hoc projects assigned by the Manager.

KNOWLEDGE

  1. 1-2 years working recruitment experience.
  2. Proficiency in English & Chinese typing.
  3. Be self-motivated, positive attitude, patient, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office including word, excel, power point.
  6. Interested in Photoshop & illustrator and the basic knowledge.
