ABOUT THE ROLE

  • The role of a Client Account Manager is to act as a liaison between key stakeholders, executing strategic directions for clients and the sales team to ensure effective campaign management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A. Planning and Strategy:
  • -Identify gaps in existing campaigns and recommend necessary actions.
    -Enhance the efficiency of both sales and internal teams.
    -Innovate and explore new approaches for campaign improvement through lateral thinking.
    -Conduct demographic and trend analyses of target markets to boost sales team productivity.
    -Review critical numbers with clients, sales managers, and the General Manager.
    -Participate in management strategy meetings.
    -Ensure there are clear operational guidelines for all aspects of the campaign.

  • B. Financial and Compliance Management:
  • -Exhibit a sound understanding of the legal and financial environment relevant to the organisation to find a win-win situation for all stakeholders.
    -Proficiency in understanding sales figures, interpreting critical numbers, and analysing trends.
    -Skillfully negotiate contracts and payment schemes.
    -Ensure all practices and guidelines are compliant with local laws and policies.
    -Promptly highlight and escalate identified risk areas that could have an adverse effect on the client, company, or sales team to the General Manager.

  • C. Administrative:
  • -Regular reporting to provide feedback to clients and sales teams, including efficient inventory management.
    -Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaigns and critical numbers.
    -Review monthly and quarterly priorities and objectives.
    -Improve the quality and functionality of reports

  • A candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
  • An experienced individual in the role of client servicing.
  • A proficient stakeholder manager, adept at establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • A detail-oriented individual .
  • A candidate who is operationally strong in Microsoft Office.
  • An organised professional who is able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • An effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A determined and proactive professional who readily accepts to take on challenges.
  • An innovative thinker with a creative problem-solving approach.

  • A confident and skilled presenter.
