ABOUT THE ROLE

• Support business processes and data management, ensuring the timely completion of all job functions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business and group IT stakeholders to discover solutions and implementation requirements.
• Prioritise requirements, outline scope, and identify dependencies to meet business needs promptly, considering available resources.
• Manage, maintain, and distribute standard project management deliverables for successful system implementation, including:
  -Implementation plans.
  -Project schedules.
  -Project budgets and variances issues.
  -Action items log.
  -Meeting minutes.
  -Technical risk assessments and contingencies.
  -Implementation plan, project schedule and project budget.
• Take the lead in the technology solution vendor selection process and oversee deliverables, such as Statements of Work (SOWs), change management, and approval of deliverables.
• Partner with both internal and external solution teams to punctually deliver, with the required quality.
• Spearhead and drive the development of pilot and release strategies, carefully planning and managing each release for a smooth go-live process.
• Collaborate with business and relevant stakeholders to proactively manage requirements for decreased future support requests.
• Anticipate and address problems and complications to maintain an uninterrupted system implementation progress.
• Assume responsibility and take the lead in issue resolution.
• Ensure all business systems, IT systems, partner platforms and networks are deployed in a timely manner and that the technical design accurately represents the requirements.
• Uphold accountability for on-time solution delivery, quality and cost.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in programme management and technical solution management at a technology-oriented organisation.
• A robust individual who is capable in overseeing geographically distributed teams in multi-vendor environments.
• A skilled project manager with the ability to work on and track multiple projects concurrently.
• A creative and strategic thinker when it comes to solution implementation and problem-solving.
• An effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• An experienced individual with Azure, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server platforms, coupled with hands-on IT project management experience.
• An individual with detailed knowledge and experience in Software Development Lifecycle (i.e. Agile and Incremental approaches.).
• Experience in the cloud-aware application design development will be an advantage.
• Strong ability in goal setting and prioritising tasks.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of working harmoniously with diverse groups and individuals.
• Adept at thinking innovatively and outside the box. Ability to offe fresh ideas with an appetite to exceed expectations.
• Strong in communication/presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional team player and skilled in team building.
• Possesses valuable leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement skills.
• Good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Additional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications, along with ability to communicate in Mandarin, would be an added advantage.
