Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative that is genuinely excited to help customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.


– Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

– Communicate with donors and amend/change the necessary information

– Change donors’ information and update their requests

– Outbound call

– Identifying issues and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction


– Working experience at call center is preferred

– Able to use Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
