Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for successful submission
  • Process applications through client’s CRM system
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer’s records in both internal and external CRM systems
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls through hotline, emails and correspondences from customers and relevant parties
  • Provide solutions and alternatives for applications that are rejected
  • Communicates with customers promptly and friendly
  • Maintaining SLA and customer service best practices
  • Critical in identifying new trends and promptly escalate to relevant parties
Skills and Requirement

Education/Experience

  • Diploma and above
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service field

Key Competencies

  • Speed and accuracy in typing – 40wpm, 95% accuracy
  • Prompt and accurate application and customer handling
  • Possess good communication and organisational skills
  • Proven analytical skills to draw conclusions and implement solutions
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Has initiative to self-improve
  • Strong functional use of Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken

Sales Support Admin (6 Month Contract)

General responsibilities
  • To achieve the KPIs for own self and the team set by the Management.
  • To practice clean-desk policy and PDPA compliance for the team.
  • Able to spot trends, highlight issues/challenges and provide resolutions immediately.
  • Must be adaptable to changes with fast pace.
  • Must possess deep understanding in processes and work flows.
  • Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision.
  • Adheres to strict timelines.
  • Able to provide effective trainings to team members whenever required for new flows/information/requirements.

     

    Admin aspect
  • To practice proper and accountable filing system.
  • To perform time management for the team to prevent processing backlog.
  • To ensure that all application forms are properly handled and stored.

     

    Data entry aspect
  • To understand databases and how data entry impacts work flows/reports.
  • Able to provide feedbacks and suggestions to enhance databases for data entry.
  • To check on records which are entered into the system to ensure accuracy and

    integrity of the database.

    Form checking 
  • To ensure that all checked forms are accurate and complete.
  • Able to spot changes/errors on forms.

     

    Requirement:

  • N or O-Level & above.
  • Admin, data entry and form check working experience would be advantageous.
  • Possess good team management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Good Typing speed of 40 wpm with at least 95% accuracy.
  • Must be meticulous with an eye for details and able to meet timelines.
  • A good team player.
  • Pro-active.
  • Ability to work smart in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management.
  • Self-motivated and possess a high drive for performance.
  • No attendance and punctuality issues.
